Dreamforce week

Out of the convention bubble

Dreamforce week is the busiest corporate entertaining week of the San Francisco year, and every room within two blocks of Moscone is spoken for by June. We are a fifteen minute walk away, which turns out to be exactly what most teams want once they have spent eight hours in a convention hall.

Harrington's has poured for the Financial District since 1935. Three connected rooms, a long bar, and a team that will build the night around your run of show rather than handing you a package and a set menu.

Roughly 40,000 attendees.

Next year

Get in before the rush

15 to 17 September 2026 has been and gone. Next year's dates are usually confirmed well in advance, and the nights either side of the keynote are claimed months out. Tell us roughly what you need and we will come back as soon as the calendar opens.

What people book

Four shapes a Dreamforce night takes

Customer and prospect dinners

The Dark Side seats a room of executives with the door shut. Menu built with you, not chosen from a tier.

Client happy hours

The Light Side takes a standing reception with room to move, a long bar, and enough wall for a projector if someone wants to say a few words.

Full buyouts

The whole building, up to 200 guests, with your signage in the windows and no other guests in the room.

Late sessions

Sessions overrun and people arrive in waves. We will hold the kitchen, stagger the food, and keep the bar open past the plan.

Why planners come back

Your headcount will change. That is fine.

Conference weeks never go to plan. Flights slip, sessions overrun, the RSVP list moves twice in the last fortnight. Most venues treat that as your problem. We would rather build the night so it survives contact with the actual week.

We start from your event, not our package

Most venues hand you three tiers and ask which one you want. We would rather hear what the night is supposed to feel like, then build the food, the timing and the room around it.

The timings bend

Early start for a breakfast briefing, a 4pm handover between two groups, a bar that stays open an hour past the plan because the conversation is still going. Weekends are closed to the public, which makes them ideal for a buyout.

You talk to a person the whole way

No ticketing portal, no account login, no five-day wait for a proposal. The same person answers your first email and is in the room on the night.
