Harrington’s is 0.8 miles from Moscone Center, about a fifteen minute walk or one stop on BART. Three rooms, up to 200 guests, and a team that builds the night around your run of show.
Every conference week has its own rhythm. Sessions overrun, flights slip, and the RSVP list moves twice in the final fortnight. We plan for that rather than pretending it will not happen.

The Microsoft partner ecosystem books hundreds of private dinners during Ignite. Most of them are looking for a room with some character.

JPMorgan Healthcare Conference Week 2027
JPM week is a venue supply crisis, not a demand problem. A 200 capacity Financial District room is genuinely scarce that week, and it books four to six months out.

GDC runs on parties. Studios, publishers and engine vendors take rooms for the whole week, and the good ones are gone by January.

Six hundred exhibitors throwing parties in the same four days. The venues nearest the hall sell out first, and the ones that are left are charging accordingly.
