Ignite team dinners, receptions & buyouts

The Microsoft partner ecosystem books hundreds of private dinners during Ignite. Most of them are looking for a room with some character.

Ignite week

Out of the convention bubble

Ignite week fills the city with partners, ISVs and enterprise IT teams, all of them entertaining customers within a few blocks of each other.

We are a fifteen minute walk from Moscone in the Financial District, which is where most of the attending customers work anyway. Three rooms, a full kitchen, and a team that will bend the timings around your session schedule.

Book early

Dates go in waves

The nights either side of the keynote go first, then the middle of the week. Tell us your date and rough headcount and we will come back the same day with what is left and what it costs.

Check Availability

We answer personally within two hours during business hours, and same-day through conference weeks.

What people book

Four shapes a Ignite night takes

Partner and customer dinners

A private room, a menu built with you, and a bar tab you can cap.

Ecosystem receptions

Standing room for a hundred, co-branded, with space for a short presentation.

Executive briefings

Early start, breakfast, screen on the wall, done before the keynote.

Full buyouts

The whole building for up to 200 guests.

Why planners come back

Your headcount will change. That is fine.

Conference weeks never go to plan. Flights slip, sessions overrun, the RSVP list moves twice in the last fortnight. Most venues treat that as your problem. We would rather build the night so it survives contact with the actual week.

We start from your event, not our package

Most venues hand you three tiers and ask which one you want. We would rather hear what the night is supposed to feel like, then build the food, the timing and the room around it.

The timings bend

Early start for a breakfast briefing, a 4pm handover between two groups, a bar that stays open an hour past the plan because the conversation is still going. Weekends are closed to the public, which makes them ideal for a buyout.

You talk to a person the whole way

No ticketing portal, no account login, no five-day wait for a proposal. The same person answers your first email and is in the room on the night.
