From the Embarcadero hotels, easily: the Hyatt Regency, Le Méridien, the Omni, Club Quarters and the Four Seasons at Embarcadero are all inside a four minute walk. From the Union Square and SoMa convention hotels it is fifteen to twenty minutes on foot, or a short ride.

Which BART station should we tell our guests?

Embarcadero is three blocks away, Montgomery is four. Both put you at our door in a couple of minutes on foot.

There is garage parking throughout the Financial District, and Embarcadero Center is the closest. Most groups use BART or rideshare, since the neighbourhood empties out in the evening.

Can you hold a group during a convention week?

Yes, up to 200 guests for a full buyout. Conference weeks book early, so the sooner you tell us your date the more of the week is still available.

We are not going to tell you we are next door

Plenty of venues describe themselves as steps from the convention centre when they are nothing of the sort. 1,430 metres to the Moscone South entrance on Howard Street, and a little under three quarters of a mile to the nearest corner of Moscone North. That is about 15 minutes at an unhurried pace.

We would rather you knew that before you booked than found out on the night. And in practice the distance is why teams choose us: a customer dinner fifteen minutes from the hall is a customer dinner where nobody from a competing booth wanders in.

Getting your group here

Montgomery station: Four blocks from our door. Moscone's own directions tell attendees heading to Moscone North and South to use Montgomery, so your guests are already one stop away.
Embarcadero station: Three blocks the other way. BART and every Muni Metro line.
By car: Five to eight minutes off peak. Budget considerably more during a citywide convention.
