RSAC team dinners, receptions & buyouts

RSAC week
Out of the convention bubble
RSAC is the week every security vendor in the world entertains at once. Booth staff dinners, analyst receptions, partner drinks, the customer dinner that has to feel like more than a booth conversation.
We are far enough from Moscone that your guests are not queueing behind another vendor's badge scan, and close enough that nobody needs a car. Fifteen minutes on foot, or one stop on BART from Montgomery.
600+ exhibitors, most of them entertaining customers.

Dates go in waves
The nights either side of the keynote go first, then the middle of the week. Tell us your date and rough headcount and we will come back the same day with what is left and what it costs.

What people book
Four shapes a RSAC night takes
Customer dinners
A private room where the conversation can go somewhere, away from the show floor.
Partner and analyst receptions
Standing reception for a hundred, your branding in the room, our bar and kitchen.
Booth staff dinners
Twenty people who have been standing since seven. Long table, real food, no ceremony.
Full buyouts
The whole pub for up to 200, four nights running if you want it.
Why planners come back
Your headcount will change. That is fine.
Conference weeks never go to plan. Flights slip, sessions overrun, the RSVP list moves twice in the last fortnight. Most venues treat that as your problem. We would rather build the night so it survives contact with the actual week.
We start from your event, not our package
Most venues hand you three tiers and ask which one you want. We would rather hear what the night is supposed to feel like, then build the food, the timing and the room around it.
The timings bend
Early start for a breakfast briefing, a 4pm handover between two groups, a bar that stays open an hour past the plan because the conversation is still going. Weekends are closed to the public, which makes them ideal for a buyout.
You talk to a person the whole way
No ticketing portal, no account login, no five-day wait for a proposal. The same person answers your first email and is in the room on the night.

Hold a RSAC date
Pick RSAC in the conference field and we will know exactly which week you mean. Date, headcount and a rough budget are enough to get a real answer back the same day.
